I was betrayed by someone I really loved and cared about. On my end I was loyal, true, and a friend to the end. Now I am here asking God to continue to help me through the process. I forgive this individual but I am still kinda shocked about how the whole scenario went down. You know sometimes people can be so selfish, especially when you’ve given all you can give and then some. Please share your personal “betrayal” stories, and let’s help others through the pain and disappointment.

This is my first time on this site i saw you on twitter and that how it direct me to this site I have just spent the day reading everything i can on the internet about you and i want to thank u for being so open about your life you just don’t know how many times i have been hurt by friends, men, church folks and folks in general i and so happy to know that this site is here i already feel like you are a dear friend thank you for truth  

What sex means to me in a Marriage..

First of all, having sex is marriage. Maybe this sounds disturbing, but with this I mean that the moment a man penetrates the sexual organs of a woman, he is making a bond with her FOR LIVE!

God has created the pleasure of our sexualtity and when we man know and learn how to posses our vessel, it is the most greatest expression of something of Gods Glory in this relationship. This starts with our sweet words in the morning and ends .. in a great time of intimacy making that 2 souls really are able to become one more and more ..

Sex means for me, to do everything that my soulmate is deeply satisfied, soulischly and phisically.. Serving her with all I am able to please her fulfiling all her needs abundently .. and this with Gods help .. That is my motivation of heart.

Just Thinking…

Today,

I was just thinking about all the things I’ve been through since July 15, 2011 when I was officially diagnosed with Non-hodgkins Lymphoma Cancer. It seems like yesterday I was healthy, well, and independent. But now I look at how fast we can be what we desire to be, and then the next we are in a place that we never thought we would be. Life is full of surprises, and it’s so easy to take it lightly or for granted in just a season of time. The seasons in which we feel everything is lovely, but meanwhile God knocks on the doors of our hearts trying His very best to get our attention. He whispers, he gently tugs, he politely speaks…just trying to get our attention…trying to warn us that a storm is coming and we must get ready. How many times have we missed the warning…how many times have we ignored the gentleness of His love and the wooing of the precious Holy Spirit? We are so modern-aged these days, so used to the loudness and the constant hustle and bustle of everyday life. Who is really sitting in a quiet place, listening for God to speak? We are all guilty of this sin-ignoring God’s voice, seeking others for advice when we should all the while be seeking an open heaven, ready for Him to pour out that “a blessing”…you know “that blessing” so HUGE we don’t have room enough to receive it? 

This was my dilemma, listening to what I wanted hear, but not listening to what He was trying to tell me. Tracy, the storm is coming…prepare get your candles, get your extra blankets, get your bread, batteries, flashlights, first aid kit, jugs of water…prepare…prepare…prepare. In other words get ready to fast, read your Bible everyday, get in your quiet time of meditation and prayer, anoint yourself with oil, pick up your pen and write what I speak to you in your prayer journal…my child, please prepare, prepare, prepare!

Lord, forgive us for being so selfish and bull-headed, and most of all for all the times we blamed you for being in total anguish and pain while we were in the midst of our storms. We felt as though you didn’t care or you were not there. But the truth of the matter is, you were actually the one sounding the alarm in the beginning - letting us know that the big terrible storm was on the way. That is why the Bible says that you will never leave or nor forsake us; it’s so true that you have always been there from the beginning of the trials and tests until now. Oh, what a shame, what a pity, sometimes we can be such foolish children! That is why we must be like the dumb sheep the Bible speaks about, grazing in the fields just waiting for the instruction and the leading of the shepherd.  

I have learned so much from this situation I am going through now…I NEED GOD, not my intelligence, not my own insight, not my own way of doing things…but I NEED GOD, more now than I have ever needed Him before. I don’t ever want to trust my own feelings or solutions anymore. It was “I” that failed “Me” - for God has never failed me, or left me to die out here on my own. We lead ourselves into destruction…come on reader, just think about it. We hate to take full responsibility for our own actions, and often times with no one else around to take the blame…we have the audacity to blame our Almighty God! Lord, please have mercy on our souls-help us to maintain the light you told us we should have on that hill. Help us to keep our inner darkness away so that we cannot be hid. I acknowledge that you are my source, strength, strong tower, and stability….I will not and cannot do this on my own. This thing is much bigger than me, only His eyes can see the end of my journey, Lord take my hand now and lead and guide me, for I am too weak, my eyes are dim with constant tears, my heart so heavy I can barely walk, my body in such great pain to the point that I need your spirit of healing to help me go about my daily activities. It’s clear now, not just in word but also in my deeds…I NEED GOD, I NEED GOD, I NEED GOD.

So this was how my day was spent…just thinking.
